Marie spent a large amount of her childhood learning to cook in her Aunt’s commercial & domestic kitchens. It was a necessity as her mother was far happier with the plants than in the kitchen.
Having intolerance to both lactose and gluten has made us very aware of food allergies and we take great care in making sure our customers buy products which are true to label with no hidden ingredients.
Since moving to Younghusband Marie is enjoying test and creating new products in her farmhouse kitchen, which is why Paul’s contribution to the food business covers some of the most important jobs – tasting and dishwashing.
