Hen's Teeth is a liqueur style cider, big sweet caramelised apple up front. The sweetness dissipates leaving a lovely warm apple flavour. We call it Hen's Teeth because we make only one small vintage a year. The product is not fortified. It is laid down on French oak for a minimum of 18 months resulting in it's liqueur taste.
